I had the pleasure of having Zain as my realtor for the sale of my Toronto property and the purchase of my beautiful home. Initially, Zain researched affordable moving and storage options in preparation of putting my home on the market. Zain was patient throughout this process, as it took quite some time to declutter the home. He made sure the home was professionally staged to perfection and he personally staged the basement. Prior to listing the property, Zain researched with Teranet the proper legal description, as the property is registered in the Registry system and the PIN and legal description had changed since the original registration.
